    Master Gardener Extension Volunteer and Gilmer County Beekeeper, Mary Lou Blohm, leads a presentation entitled “Beeswax, the Foundation of the Hive”, which discusses the history and use of beeswax. Also featured is the hands-on Make-N-Take workshop, where each person will decorate a wax globe to take home. This workshop includes honey tasting and drawings for bottles of honey. Class attendance is free; an optional $20.00 fee will cover the cost of materials. Registration is required and opens November 4; pick up a registration form at Ellijay Farmer’s Market, County Extension Office, or Gilmer County Library.
